COSTS
There are no start-up fees or membership fees. You only pay a fee of
USD 5.00 per lead (quotation request) sent.
INVOICE
Invoices are issued on the first of each month. Each invoice includes
a detailed list of leads (quotation requests) sent to your company by
www.USAmovers.com for the previous month. Accounts department contact:

PAYMENTS
Payment of the invoice is due within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
Should your payment terms exceed 45 days Tellus b.v.
reserves the right to terminate your agreement and take legal action.
CLAIMS
A lead (quotation request) can be claimed should the contact information
(both telephone and e-mail) from the requesting party be faulty or incorrect,
such a lead must be reported in writing within 5 working days.
AGREEMENT DURATION
& TERMINATION
You may cancel the agreement at anytime, there is no minimum duration. You
will only be invoiced for the leads received up to the cancellation date.
Tellus b.v. has the right to terminate this
agreement in writing at any given time.
