is adjacent to the eastern part of the Town of Newburgh.
The town had a total population of 27,568. The Town
of Newburgh is in the northeast corner of the county
and abuts the City of Newburgh. Stewart International
Airport is located in Newburgh, which helps decongest
the major airports of New York City. The western portion
of the city of Newburgh is the location of Stewart International
Airport, which in part relieves some of the New
York City air traffic.
