The average household size is 2.70 and the average family size is 3.34.

In the city the population is spread out with 28.4% under the age of 18, 11.2% from 18 to 24, 30.5% from 25 to 44, 18.4% from 45 to 64, and 11.5% who are 65 years of age or older.
